The front door to Casa Geranium leads you straight into the light and spacious living - dining room, with its terracotta floor tiles and white walls. The main features here are the glass dining table with cream leather chairs and a comfy seating area where you can just sit and relax. The walls are decorated with framed pictures of old Rovinj: a theme which runs throughout the whole apartmentThe large window, which gets the full morning sun, has a view across the front square. Look out for the traditional Istrian arched window at No. 20. These are now very rare in Rovinj - with very remaining in the town.

Next to the living room is a fully equipped designer Italian kitchen with cream, white and chrome fittings, halogen lighting and grey marble floor. The kitchen contains a ceramic electric hob, refrigerator with small freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker. The window from the kitchen looks out onto a smaller square at the back of the apartment.

Leading from the upstairs hallway are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a TV room. The apartment is one of the higher buildings in the old town and its height also enables it to have spectacular views from the four windows on this floor. The landing floor is made of oak, which is continued throughout this upper level in contrast to the tiling downstairs.

The main bedroom at Casa Geranium has two large windows through which the sunlight shines from morning to late afternoon.  From one of these windows is a magnificent view of the church Sv. Eufemija, that is almost unrivalled by any of the houses in the old town. The room features a dark oak Italian super kingsize bed, covered with cream and chocolate brown bedding and fluffy cushions. with a luxury duck down duvet and pillows with cotton sheets for your comfort. There is also an extra seating area by the church view window - ideal for watching the sunsets with a glass of wine. This bedroom also benefits from a state of the art air conditioning system.

The second bedroom also offers another spectacular view, this time of the sea and in particular over Valdibora Bay. Look out for the church at Vrsar across the Lim Fjord. The room has two single, light oak beds also with luxury bedding, which can be pushed together to form a double bed if required.

At the front of the house, also looking out onto Casale square, is the TV room. Here you can relax on the comfy sofa among cushions and bean bags either watching satellite television, listening to music on the hi-fi system (jazz and classical CDs provided) or just enjoying the morning sun. The mini-fridge also means you won’t even need to leave the room to get a cool drink.

The bathroom has a modern Italian bathroom range. It includes a Grohe shower with adjustable settings and a "Dolomite" wash hand basin and toilet.  The large mirror incorporates an eletric razor socket and halogen lighting. There is also a heated towel rail, All guests are provided with soft Egyptian cotton towels (hand and bath).
